Starting with a light, refreshing cream ale, we added lactose for a sweet finish. Biscuit malt and cinnamon bring bready, cake-like textures and taste. 420 pounds of strawberry puree brings forward the sweet and tart berry flavor. Finishing on vanilla imitates the whipped cream on top of this dessert-inspired beer.

Can. Pours a clear slightly earthy gold with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma is biscuit forward with light strawberry and vanilla supporting. Flavor is also biscuit forward with growing strawberry and a hint of vanilla backing.
