Hero In Training is our new exploratory Extra Pale Ale series that trials the latest experimental hops and processes to identify new contenders for the League of Heroes. This hero hopeful uses experimental hop 0692, a very unique strain that surfaces creamsicle, toasted coconut, and marshmallow notes. It finishes lightly bitter with a hint of vanilla.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper with an amber hue and a tan head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light pine and citrus rind with some bready sweet grains supporting. Flavor has citrus and pine with bread and light sweetness backing.
