Aged in red wine barrels. Mixed culture saison fermented in Oak Foudres and aged in Red Wine Puncheons for 8 months. Dry Hopped with Hull Mellon hops. Bottle conditioned for 9 months.

Bottle. Pours a near clear yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has sweet grains and light fruits with a bretty backbone. Flavor has grass and funk with some sweet grains underlying.
