The Grotto is an American Pale Ale made with rolled oats, which gives it a smooth drinkability. It has a juicy fruit character of lemon, orange and berry. Brewed with experimental hop varieties and given a generous amount of El Dorado and Cashmere in the dry hop. See you in the Grotto.

Sampled from the tap at Atomic Liquors. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has light citrus with some grass and grains supporting. Flavor has grass and light citrus with a a bit of bread and grains supporting.
