Sampled from the tap at the Royston Hotel. Pours near black with an earthy brown head that dissipates to the edges slowly. Aroma has a nice smoke with an earthy oyster, roast and dark grains backing. Flavor has a nice smoke and oyster combination supported by dark grains and slightly bitter roast.
