Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has straw and grains with a bit of a citrus and grass note backing. Flavor has sweet grains and a bit of cookie with grass and a hint of citrus underlying.
