Sampled from the cask at the brewpub. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has lots of biscuit, earthy grains and wet wood with a slight grass underlying. Flavor has grass, earthy grains and biscuit with a hint of flora and pine backing.
