Sampled from the tap at Stone Arch MSP. Pours near black with a brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy dark grains, a bit of soy and roasted malts with only a hint of maple. Flavor has earthy dark grains and soy with growing roasted malts and a bit maple in the finish.
