Double Winterseed is an 8% Double IPA brewed with oats and hopped with Mosaic and Talus. We love to end the winter with this recipe but have only done the single IPA version before today. We've doubled down on the Mosaic and Talus hops to bring you the DIPA version for the first time ever and it is tasting fantastic! We get notes of creamy tangerine in this crusher.

16oz (thx, Chris S.!) @ 🏡 with Ryan and Alex.
Aroma: herbally, dry, bold.
Taste: along the same lines, too much herbal character here IMHO, a bit earthy, hop burn.
Overall: ok.

Poured from 473mL can (pkg Mar 12, 2025). Murky yellow with small white head. Melon and tropical hops, slightly dry texture with a hint of chalk, decent.
