Barrel Aged Coconut Macaroon Bestowed is a 13.5% Imperial Stout aged 14 months in Russell's Reserve bourbon barrels with coconut and Tahitan vanilla. The barrel notes and coconut jump out of the glass with rich vanilla blending everything together.

Aroma: nice quality coconut bomb, sweet, vanilla, maybe some American oak.
Taste: low carbonation, kinda thinner than others from the series, a lot of very nice coconut and vanilla, slightly boozy.
Overall: very nice, I just wish it would have a bit more body.

Poured from 375mL bottle (5th Anniversary edition). Very dark brown with almost no beige head. Nice coconut load, touch of vanilla, just a feint hint of barrel. Tasty.
