The goal of Yuzuagi Yojimbo (besides referencing a Samurai-rabbit cartoon character) was to make the ultimate summer beer. With 6 hands on deck in Ålesund, we crafted the finest rice lager the land has ever seen. Molo Brew and Churcheim together collaborating to bring you the best. We topped the whole project with a blend of fresh Yuzu just to bring it up another knotch! Cheers to Beers!
