On tap at Citizen, pours a clear near-water colour, no head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins, with gentle coriander and some definitely saltiness. Flavour is along the same lines, with coriander, light salt and apple core. Decent experiment. The incorporation of coriander especially works decently.

Draft at the source. Very pale yellow color, almost clear, few bubbles. Earthy apple aroma with light spice. Coriander more apparent in the flavor. Trying to appeal to beer geeks I guess
