Pours peach colored with a bubbly white head. Aroma of lactic notes and stone fruit. Taste has tart fruity notes, raspberry, tart cherry. Palate has lactic notes lingering on the nose. Good, light.

Tap at River road tavern. Electric pink in color without much of a head. Lemony tart and hints of bread with a big tart berry aroma and flavor. Not too bad.

On the tap menu at Patrick's pub on moon, near hopewell; they had this listed as an Otter Creek Raspberry Gose, so, I hope its not a new beer. Even UT has it listed as a rasp sour. Very nice raspberry mild real fruit nose. Initially, not as tart as was expected but its pleasantly there. Easy tart with just enough fruit to let you know its flavored, not over the top, well balanced. Pretty good. Mellow, fun, and tartness grows on you, good intro sour beer. Now, after I taste it, I'm thinking is it really a goes? Because I find the salt undetectable. Good overall beer drinking experience, thank you otter. You know, otter from animal hose, heheheh.

On tap at Otter Creek, pours a clear pale reddish pink with a small white head. Aroma brings out lacto upfront, with very faint raspberry skins. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of lacto upfront, set raspberry skins and gentle acidity. Clean and very easy-going. Pleasant.
