Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a clear deep gold with a white head that dissipates slowly to the edges and laces. Aroma has notes of grass, light pine and onion with sweet grains and straw backing. Flavor has a lot more pine with a resinous bite and a sweet grain backbone.
