Appearance: semi-bright yellow to orange color with a finger and a half's worth of white foamy head which slid off mildly to leave some messy lace
Aroma: some citrusy hops, apple cider, woodiness and subtle woodiness; tart & sour tones further underneath
Flavor: leads with the tart and sour while pulling in the citrusy hops to try and balance, barely any aftertaste but seemed somewhat sour and citrusy hoppy
Texture: light to medium bodied, decent sipper, finishes with the apple cider, woodiness and citrusy tones
Overall: pretty good sour ale I could down again perferably in the Spring or Summer.

Sampled from the tap at Mixed Culture. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has notes of light tart fruits, bourbon, light funk and hay supporting. Flavor has lots of sour light fruits with hay, funk and a hint bourbon backing.
