This full-bodied amber lager is brewed in the traditional Märzen style. A blend of light and dark Munich malts creates notes of graham cracker, caramel and bread crust complemented by floral and peppery aromas from Hallertau and Tettnang hops. Say "Prost" with this crisp and celebratory lager.

Draft at Woodstack, Metuchen. Great looking beer. Bright, clear, caramel color, beige head, coating lace. Malty and a little sweet. Bread, dough, spice. One of the better US Oktoberfests I can recall.

Pours gold into a shaker. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Caramel and put fruit aromas. Soft with sour citrus and dusty caramel upfront turning to sour, bitter earth in the lasting finish.

12 oz. bottle shared by Willrunforbeer, much thanks! Almost clear orange in color liquid. Aroma is lager yeast, (the essence of old malt) bread and English toffee.

The flavor didn’t surprise me one bit. Toasted grain, light caramel, and a bready yeast. Body is lighter side of medium. Astringent after taste without any real hop flavor. Serviceable.
