Vårt säsongsöl till sommaren är en tolkning av den Vallonska ölstilen ”Saison”. Traditionellt bryggdes den på gården under vintern och sparades till säsongsarbetarna som anlitades under sommaren. Ölet är ljust till färgen med en fruktig och frisk smak samt balanserad beska. Den speciella jästen i sällskap med några färska enbär bidrar med viss kryddighet. Frö är en utmärktmåltidsdryck till en stor variation av maträtter. Det gör sig också mycket bra på egen hand en varmsommardag!

Thanks omhper! Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some herbal and mild citrus tones with a bit earth to it. Flavour is citrus, some floral, mild funk and some yeasty tones to it. A bit homebrewish.

Bottled, thanks Helena! Hazy golden, small head. Aroma of marzipan and husky grain. Mid sweet with light body and cleanm rounded mouthfeel. Pears, grains and marzipan. Mid bitter finish.
