Sieche is our take on a traditional English Mild, brewed for balance and drinkability with just enough character to keep you coming back. A blend of 2-row, Munich, and carabohemian malts lays down a soft base of toasted bread crust, honeyed biscuit, and gentle caramel. Chinook hops at the boil lend a quiet backbone of earth and pine, while a late addition of Blanc hops adds a delicate floral twist with hints of white grape.
