Our resolution for 2025 is to drink more west coast pilsners! This style treads the line between pilsner and west coast pale ale, with both refreshing bitter hops and crisp drinkability. This beer is part of a series of three west coast pilsners, each with Citra & Mosaic hops, but with distinct differences to showcase the versatility of the style.
Mexican Corn WCP brings torrefied maize into the mix, adding an extra dimension of flavour to the beer and really highlighting the drinkability.
