Can to tulip.
Appearance: brassy yellow to copper color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which settled off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lilac flowery whiffs up front, some tart character; some grassiness in there; and a little bit of lemon
Flavor: where did the lilac go? Now, there's lemon, some tart character, and the sour level becomes stronger; finishes lemony tart and sour
Texture: medium bodied - hmmm...maybe a touch under, leaning towards being a sipper; sour isn't too intrusive to the tongue so there's a light smoothness to this
Overall: somewhat an odd one, I like the concept so maybe the recipe needs a bit tweaked to get more of the lilac to comfort the flavor a bit more
