Two Lights is an ode to two of the more refreshing drinks of summer: cold beer and sparkling wine. While brewing this beer, we add sauvignon blanc must—the freshly pressed juice of the grapes. Then we ferment it with both lager and champagne yeast to create a tart, crisp, and dry profile. The finished beer’s aromas of pear, grape, and light hops pair with a flavor profile that’s a mix of tropical fruit and the snappy spritz of a freshly picked grape. We suggest sipping Two Lights by a water source too large to see across.

Golden colour and small white head. Light white vineous, birch leaf aroma. Light-bodied. Crisp, white grapes, light citrus.

Can at home. Surprised never heard of this prior. Cloudy greenish yellow and smaller head. Nose is champagne and pear. Tatses of pear, white wine, must clothing, lemon, golden wheat. Medium light body.

Can (6/22/23) pour from The Beer Store, Salem. Lightly hazy pale yellow with tons of sparkle, thin cap of head quickly fading to ring and trace lacing. Aroma is cracker and faint citrus, yeast. Taste is strong grape, sparkling wine, yeast. Smooth, frothy, thin texture, soft carbonation and dry finish as taste. For a lager, fairly interesting--what they were going for.

Can at Malmö Crew Christmas tasting at Palace Hall (17/12/2022) - fruity notes of white grape, light to medium body and acidity, sweet but light tart fruity into the finish.
