Sampled from the tap at Minnesota Winterfest 2018. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma is full of hay and a bit of wet grass with some crisp grains underlying. Flavor has sweet grains, wet grass and some hay backing.
