We used an American base malt with an addition of caramalt to give this now classic style a reddish hue. An aggressive use of Columbus and Centennial hops lend citrus avors with notes of pine and grapefruit. People’s IPA is a hoppy, yet smooth Ameri- can twist on the English IPA. Just the right amount of concentrated grapefruit was added post-fermentation.

On tap at GTMW 2017. Pours a near clear deep orange with a slight amber hue with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of grapefruit with some sweet citrus and grains underlying. Flavor has sweet grapefruit, grains and a bit of citrus rind.
