Detta öl är en mycket torr lager inspirerad av öltyper man ofta finner i asien där ljus malt och ris utgör basen. Det har en finstämd beska med nyanser av mandarin i smaken och ett uns av stjärnanis. Vi tycker ölet gör sig mycket bra som törstsläckare en varm dag eller till asiatisk mat.

Thanks omhper! Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is maize, rice and some herbal tones with mild grass. Flavour is rice, some herbal and mild earthy tones to it. Thin palate.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy yellow colour, small head. Somewhat vegetable nose with slight coriander. Sweetish with unfirm, clean mouthfeel. Vegetables and rice. Low bitterness in a sharp finish.
