Een frisse Single Hop IPA van 7% met de experimentele hop HBC 630. Verwacht een rijk aroma van tropisch fruit, citrus, dennen en verrassend rood fruit zoals framboos en kers.

Can. Clear deep golden with white head. Swret malts with some caramel and bread crust, sweet berries, guava, kiwi, spruce, citrus oil. Oily and bitter, with a swret feuity berry touch on top. Oily body too.

Can. Near clear gold beer, small bubbly off white head. Light palate, a little dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Thin bodied pale malts, a mild sweetness and a very mild grain which actually suits this brew. HBC630 hops are one of those hops like no other. Crisp pine, strawberry candy, trace of Parma Violets. A little watery citrus sits way down in the mix. A mild bitterness emerges on the back end. It all comes together pretty well. This single hop IPA, along with the recent Hoppy People DIPA, has, for me, cemented the eclectic nature of this hop.

0.44 l can from 'DeBiersalon.nl', best before April 2026. Hazy, golden yellow with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, rather fruity-floral and a little dank aroma of passion fruit, pineapple, some lemon peel and traces of green peppers. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral and minimally dank taste of passion fruit, pineapple, some lemon peel and hints of green pepper, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice one, very easy to drink.
