Swish is a Swedish fish-inspired sour beer. We brewed a traditional sour wheat beer with over 300 lbs of Raspberries and Lingonberries. We then conditioned this brew on top of 30 lbs of Swedish fish to create a perfectly sweet and sour decadent treat.

Dark orange with a pinkish hue and a large foamy head. Yeasty and phenolic with a raspberry note. Medium finish and body.
