Arecibo is a Wild Cider aged in a blend of red wine and oak barrels. Straw colored and bright, this cider has aromas of oak and funk. Leading with an oaky essence, it is followed with crisp, slightly tart, and funky apple flavors. Arecibo finishes both dry and crisp.

On tap at Hopcat A2. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has a combination of sweet apple and dry red wine. Flavor is similar with dry red wine and growing sweet apple.
