On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a decent amount of tart lemon with earthy wheat and a touch of hay underlying. Flavor starts with tart lemon and a hint of salt but finish is mainly earthy wheat.
