The Tennessee WildWoman is a wild ale brewed with fresh Cascade hops grown by Jackalope brewers at of Glen Leven Farm. The 65-acre historic farm is protected by the The Land Trust for Tennessee and is located 5 minutes from the brewery.
The brew also contains Jackalope's first ever wild yeast, sourced from the farm with the help of our friends at Bootleg Biology in Nashville, TN.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of funk and grass with some grains and hay backing. Flavor combines grass, hay and grains with a touch of funk underlying.
