Draft at the brewery, 6/15/25. (Left in photo) Mostly clear yellow color, white head, light lace. Grains and spice. A little bread and earth. Soft and clean.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a lot of straw with grain, light lemon and peppercorn supporting. Flavor is straw forward with grains and peppercorn underlying.
