Unfiltered, unpasteurized, and uninhibited, Hardywood Singel is sunshine golden with a fluffy white head and a veil of Belgian ale yeast. A delicate body ushers tropical fruit esters into perfect balance with spicy hop aromatics. Singel’s mellow, dry finish culminates a truly ethereal experience.

Bottle shared @ ChrisO after GBBF Day 2. Clear pale golden color, small to average sized white head. Smell and taste malts, wheat, yeast, sweetness, floral, slightly herbs or spices, a hint of banana. Average to decent body and carbonation. Mwah, drinkable in the end although it started of a bit bad.

Draught @ Lemon, Richmond, VA. Pours clear golden with airy white head. Clear aroma of malt and yeast, with fruity hints. Bitter flavour of hops, with notes of fruit and yeast and malty touches. Bitter and slightly citric aftertaste. Okay but quite synthetically fruity.

Thanks going to weihenweizen for this 12 oz. bottle. Hazy gold color with thin head in the snifter with thin lasting head retention. Aroma is mostly yeast that displays light floral and sweet bread hints.
The flavor is just like the aroma with the addition of a grain base and a mild pepper or spice finish. The body is lighter with a active / bubbly tingle over the tongue from the Co2. Overall it’s pretty easy drinking and a nice single Abby ale.
