A traditional Belgian Style Witbier with fresh seasonal herbs: Lavender, Coriander and Chamomile. Using a traditional Saison yeast, this Wit is a both light & dry as well as having the trademark earthy-ness. A great summer beer with floral and spice notes and a higher carbonation level to bring out the aroma.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of lavender and coriander with some tea and wheat supporting. Flavor has a good amount of lavender and chamomile with a touch of flora and wheat backing.
