On tap at Salud Cerveceria, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of acidity, with tart cherries, and light oak. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of acidity, some oak and subtle cherries. A bit too acidic, but it's pleasant enough.

Happy anniversary Salud Cerveceria! Cloudy golden color scant white edge head. Nice aroma of vinous stonefruit and tannins. Taste is equally vinous, summer fruit.
