Erraticus 4 is a wild apple cider brewed with the addition of Michigan cherries. The cider is dark pink in color with soft fruit aromas and a light apple sweetness up front that changes over to bold, tart, dark fruit flavors. Erraticus 4 has a mildly dry finish.

Bottle thanks to Lindsay! Pours a clear ruby red with visible carbonation that never really forms in to a head of any sort. Aroma combines semi sweet cherries with slightly tart apple and a hint of bitterness as well. Flavor has strong slightly tart cherry with some dry bitter apple underlying.
