This west coast IPA uses a simple grain bill to provide a clean golden base, and allow the hops to truly shine. A ridiculous amount of Australian and New Zealand hops were added very late in the boil to provide some bitterness. With notes of passionfruit, lemon and pine and a clean light body, this beer is sure to delight hop heads everywhere.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper orange with a tan head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of pine supported by resin, grapefruit and a bit of sweet grain. Flavor has strong pine with a resin bite and a bit of grapefruit underlying.
