Salon piva. Yellow color with medium white head. Aroma of smoke, lacto acidity, vinous notes. Taste starts nice tart with lacto, vinous notes, followed by huge smoke. Good.

Po chwilowej przerwie wracam do Piw z Dukli ( zniechecony kilkoma wtopami w postaci infekcji - dawno temu 2015 albo 16 ). Grodziskie wypada dobrze w stylu, ciężko się do czegoś przyczepić klasyka (parametry) bez wydziwiania, aromat, smak, wszystko się zgadza. W smaku bardzo dobrze wyczuwalna wędzonka i może nie wysoka jak na styl ale dobrze zaznaczona goryczka. Mogłoby być bardziej nasycone, no i klarowne (bo niestety mętne) ale ogólnie wypada dobrze.

Bottle, 2,9%. Good smokey aroma, like a mild sausage. Cloudy pale yellow colour. Good creamy chalk white head. The flavour is quite citric, lemony, with a good smoke note to it. The finish reminds me a bit of Berliner Weisse, that is sort of disappointing, dryish and watery. On the whole this is what I imagine a Grätzer should taste like, and it is interesting and fairly good.

Bottle @ White Terror or Northern Alliance against the Bolsheviks, Sønderborg. Pours hazy pale straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and smoke, with notes of malt. Smoky and sourish flavour with notes of yeast. Sourish and estery aftertaste. Interesting. Decent.
