Sour, fruity, balanced with a delicate bitterness of beer. Mango adds freshness and juiciness to an already interesting combination of sour IPA.
Piwo kwaśne, owocowe z delikatnie zaznaczoną, czystą goryczką. Mango dodaje świeżości i soczystości do i tak już ciekawego połączenia kwaśnego Imperial IPA.
Piwo pasteryzowane, niefiltrowane.

Składniki: woda, słody jęczmienne, puree z mango (15%), chmiel, drożdże, bakterie lactobaccilus.

Keg at Maryensztadt taproom/restaurant, Warsaw, 15/07/19. Murky orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is sharp mango, tangy tropical fruits, grass, citric sherbets. Taste comprises tangy mango flesh, papaya, raw pineapple, tarte tropical fruits, hay bale. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Not bad for the sub genre.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Max. Cloudy golden-orange. Stale hops, fruitiness, some lacto, sourish and bitter, medium-bodied, a bit of alcohol.

Sampled at Strasbourg craft beer festival. Hazy orange mango juice with small off white head. Mango, fruit skins, citrus hops, light wheat and malts, sour orange juice, bitter grassy notes with more mango peel. Medium sweet, sour and bitter. Solid medium bodied.
