Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours near black with a mahogany brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of coffee with some roasted malts and dark grains underlying. Flavor has strong coffee notes with a bit of dark chocolate, roasted malt and dark grains supporting.
