Thanks Mike.
This was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a murky semi-dark brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that fell off at a mild pace. Light stringy lace.
The aroma had some grainy sweetness, some herbal qualities, semi-sweet dark fruits, light nuttiness and a decent caramel malt base. Some earthy hop features were extremely light.
The flavor leaned into the sweetness of the combination of the previously mentioned aromas. Light breadiness, some toast. All wrapped together into the aftertaste to follow into the finish.
The feel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good, somewhat light. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, I’d say a pretty good brown ale worthy of having again.

Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours a deep brown with a tan head that dissipates to the edges and laces. Aroma has musty grains and some dark bread with a bit of chocolate. Flavor starts full of musty dark bread with growing grain and a bit of straw.
