This beer is for them. We worked with them to blend this from three different years of our lambic inspired barrels. We chose a blend with a beautiful and expressive Brett character that has only blossomed during its extended conditioning. Our favorite beer to date.

750ml pours a dark orange, frothy white head. Nose has some funk out the gate, woooo, leather and lemon, persimmon, apricot. Flavor has a little less, apricot and orange rind, heavy herbs now. Finishes a bit rough, some bite, someone called it some bark. Tart finish. 8 4 7 3 14

Grapefruit, citrus and a hint of pepper. Hazy golden pour with decent head and lacing. Crackery kind of feel. Some light peel, a little astringency, bark like. Bottle from brewery.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium frothy white head that lasts. The aroma is strong funk, oak, sherry, barnyard. Slick body, similar flavors to nose, lingering dry finish, enjoyed this.

FLLLN, I remember being blessed with batch 4 forever ago, and then Clay M. Strolls in with it and it sparkled in his cooler and caught my eye immediately, the king of degarde clean funk gueuze attempt, perfect lemon crispness and lingering funk, delish!
