Bottle at the brewery. Pours yellow-gold, highly effervescent, with a lasting, creamy white head. Lovely stuff, restrained tartness, modest acidity, lemony and flinty, a little peach, mild salty bite, nips of grapefruit. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Super clean finish, drying, more bright fruit character, citrus, lemon, tangerine. Outstanding.

750ml bottle pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice sour tart grapes and a spice funk. Taste is more of the nice barrel funky spice grapes.

750mL bottle, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a champagne-like effervescence, with white grape skins, moderate barnyard funk, and gentle acidity. Flavour is incredibly complex, with a wonderfully expressive white grape character, moderate funk, moderate mustiness, and a champagne-like effervescence. Complex, funky and vinous. Just wonderful.

750ml shared with Ryan, Phill, and Mario (The Garden brewer, Croatia). Appearance: slightly hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: amazing grapes with a little of funk. Taste: same, nice balance between fruit, sharpness, carbonation, funk, and oak. Overall: amazing!

Poured from 750mL bottle (2022 vintage). Clear gold with white head. Nice earthy vinous white grape, some similarities to a Chardonnay. Enjoyable.

Bottle at Cantillon, shared with Charlie, Katie and David at Cantillon, Thursday morning, 16th February 23. Pours a light golden yellow. Aroma is quite special, grapes, the big fruity sweet ones and floral, like a German wine. Taste is vineous, floral grapes, tart fruit, mellow, complex, rich floral juicy grapes and funk, earthy, but bright. Lovely stuff
