Bottle shared by generous locals at brewery. Pours hazy yellow gold with a decent white cap that fades. Aroma is pineapple, grape, light funk, oak, white wine. Taste is white grape, light funk, oak, light herbal notes. Really bright and fresh with a herbal funkiest. Really drying on close. Super

Nice golden coloured with small white glass, also this one is quite dry, lots of herbal flavours, fizzy, carbonated, unique taste, decent

Bottle. Cantillon. Hazed yellow. No head. Nose has boxed raisins. A bit cake mix like in fact. Bit of new leather. Soft earthy funk. Taste is light tart and fairly dry, with some grape sweetness. Mineraly and lightly acidic. Foamy carbonation. Light tart and slightly acidic finish.

Hapu, vesine, rosinane, tsitrus, nisu nats, tamme. Ok, värske oli märksa parem.

Hapu, väga rosinane, puuviljane, funky, puuviljane, kuiv. Väga hea, veits happeline kui midagi norida.

750ml bottle, 2020 vintage, shared at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, Brussels over Quint weekend. Pours clear dark gold with a dissipating bubbly white cap. Aroma: intense grapes, grape skins, some vinous acidity, sherry hints, funk. Taste: light to moderate tartness, dry, sweet grapes, lambic lemon, grape skin tannins, oak, funk. LIght to medium body with spritzy carbonation. Enjoyed this

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Love the Sauternes-like dessert wine yellow raisin and blue cheese vibe.

Batch 2, bottle 498/540. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Desert wine bouquet. Sweet but dry, nice carbonation, great mouthfeel. It’s sweet with that desert wine character up front but the mineral lambic notes in the mix. Great body and mouthfeel.
