Batch 2, bottle 498/540. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Desert wine bouquet. Sweet but dry, nice carbonation, great mouthfeel. It’s sweet with that desert wine character up front but the mineral lambic notes in the mix. Great body and mouthfeel.

0,75l from bottle at the brewery. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells of sweet grape notes, peaches, forest strawberries, very parfumy. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes of grapes, almost sweet, forest strawberries, peaches, stone fruits, subtle funk, tannins, honey. Finishes almost sweet with notes of grapes, honey and berry notes. Damn, this is lovely, super balanced, almost the sweet side, super easy to drink

Amazing smell. Full body, very subtle carbonation. Tastes of forest strawberries, light sweetness, oak, honey, subtle grapes, white wine, raisins, sweet wine, light oxidation. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of sweet wine, forest strawberries and honey notes.very nice one, amazing taste, a bit heavy on the taste, but overall great.
