Sampled from the Firkin at Happy Gnome Firkin Fest 2015. Pours a hazy deep amber brown with a yellowish head that lasts throughout the beer and laces slightly. Aroma has a bit of vanilla and oak with some sweet grains as well as a touch of rye. Flavor combines vanilla and dark grains with some supporting oak and rye.
