Sampled from the tap at the brewpub. Pours black with a creamy brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a good amount of roasted malts with some creamy dark grains and a touch of coffee. Flavor has a bit of coffee up front with strong roasted malts and hints of coffee and chocolate.
