Cask at ACAT. Pours a clear deep reddish brown with a yellowish brown head that dissipates to the edges. A lot of cinnamon on the nose with strong maple syrup and a hint of roasted malts. Flavor is again heavy on the cinnamon with a decent amount of maple and just a touch of vanilla and underlying grain.
