Poff the Magic Dragon is an IPA brewed with a large amount of flaked rye. The rye adds a spicy kick to the malt backbone which plays nicely with the heavy citrus hop punch.

On tap at Haymarket. Pours a clear amber red with an off white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice pine and grapefrut note with a nice grain backbone. Flavor has pine with and a growing grapefruit note with a nice bread backing. Very drinkable.
