Barrel-Aged Threesome
Our Belgian-style Tripel is back, having spent some time aging in French oak Cabernet barrels, absorbing rich colors and pleasing tannins, all while retaining its fruity esters and warming alcohol finish.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy orangish gold with a near white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has a good amount of dark fruits and caramel with some dark grain, red wine and a hint of booze. Flavor has some sweet dark fruits with some sweet grains, sweet fruit and a hint of red wine in the finish.
