Originally released in April, this old rye ale was the second beer in our Repo Man soundtrack series. We aged a portion of the batch for four months in Heaven Hill bourbon barrels to bring out the warm, smooth flavor of Kentucky.

On tap at the brewpub. Poured a cloudy brown with an amber hue and an off-white head that dissipated to the edges. Aroma had a strong rye note with caramel and sweet grain and a hint of sweet bourbon. Flavor began with sweet grain and rye and was joined by sweet bourbon that had a bit of light.
