Bottle. Clear amber color medium white head. Aroma of lightly toasted caramel. Taste has caramel and toffee. Pretty decent.

clear amber colour, medium sized dense slightly beige-ish off-white head; aroma of toasted rye bread, slight fruity and floral notes, as well as minimal dried plum and sunflower seed; taste pf toasted rye bread, caramel and nutty notes, good one

Sample at SBWF 2015. Clear amber with a white head. Aroma and taste of malt, some grain and butter. Also notes of caramel. The bitterness was on the low side.

Schon bevor dieser Bierstil als Wiener Lager weltweit groß bekannt wurde, gab es dieses Bier. Es ist ein malzbetontes Halbdunkles, das eine hohe Süffigkeit hat, aber weiter nicht viel zu bieten hat. Kann man gut trinken, muss man aber nicht getrunken haben.

Draught @ Hotel Zizkov, Prague. Pours amber with a white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, sweets, nuts. Flavor is malt, caramel, nuttty, wood, grass. Medium body, soft carbonation. 280313

Bottle: Clear, copper coloured, medium-sized stable off-white head; dryish toasty-caramelly nose with a slight fruitiness underneath; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, almost medium bodied; slightly lingering dry bitter-caramelly finish . Very good by Heinecken standards.....

Bottle. Light toffee malt aroma. Amber color with nice head. Light toffee malt and moderately strong bitter herbal hops flavor. Nice body.

Draught at Klub in Prague. Orange-amber color. Nice malty, caramel aroma, though not special. Sweet caramel flavor. Thin, industrial, uninteresting ass. Drinkable, but one of the worst beers around here. Bartender nodded knowlingly as I returned mz half-empty glass for something else.
